The Kirchberg site, formerly keim additec surface GmbH, was founded in 1988 and is one of the leading developers and manufacturers of water-based wax additives. 

With a production capacity of approx. 40,000 t/a, the plant has the most modern and innovative facilities for the production of a wide range of wax dispersions, dispersing agents, slip additives, leveling and wetting additives and defoamers for aqueous coating systems.

Highly qualified specialists work in state-of-the-art laboratories for development, analysis and application technology to develop ideas and solutions that meet the most modern and sustainable requirements. The Kirchberg site is certified according to the DIN standards for quality management ISO 9001, energy management ISO 50001 and environmental management system ISO 14001.
