eShop/OrdersBefore placing orders, registration in the internal myCHT as well as creation of an active customer status at CH Germany GmbH have to be done first. When creating the customer status, we store your personal data (such as company, name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address) as master data in our SAP system. These master files are used for fulfilling and settling your order. Your data is only passed to a shipping company appointed for delivery if this is necessary for shipment of the goods.Your order triggers an automatic order confirmation to you, which is sent by us without encryption.
HR and Application DataFrom the data entered in the contact form, an e-mail is generated via our servers, which is sent to a colleague within the CHT Group depending on the type of your application or the desired job site.
We store the data of your application for the duration of the application process and use it only to the extent necessary to determine your suitability for the intended activity or to decide on the establishment of the employment relationship. If the application process is completed and it is clear that an employment relationship with us has not been concluded, we will delete this data immediately, but not later than six months after the assignment of the position, unless you have consented to further storage. However, we will contact you separately for this purpose.If you have applied to us on your own initiative, we will delete your data as soon as we have been able to decide that an employment relationship could not be concluded, at the latest after six months.
