Every day the Customer Service of CHT devotes maximum effort to fulfil this aim. This department is your competent partner for all commercial enquiries. Our customer service staff are permanently in close contact with customers all over the world and deals with their individual enquiries.

Every company of the CHT Group has its own customer centre where committed staff members deal with the demands on site. In Germany and Switzerland 50 staff members are at your disposal and provide for an optimal business processing and a quick delivery.

Your customer service partner deals with your enquiries personally, very quickly and provides you with excellent quality since an outstanding customer service for our business partners from about 100 countries worldwide is of great importance to us.
