The beginning of September marked a new phase of life for 12 apprentices.
Two industrial mechanics (Alexander Kopp and Marcel Lichtfuß), two chemical production technicians (Kai Kobras and Andreas Reiner), one industrial management assistant (Robin Keppeler) and seven chemical laboratory assistants (Esther Allgaier, Sonja Hart, Sarah Hipp, Franziska Jud, Silvia Ruff, Marko Dieterle and Tobias Zahn) started their apprenticeship at CHT R. Beitlich GmbH, which did not only imply the start into the working life but also the beginning of an exciting phase of life.
Within an introductory week they became familiar with the company, their future vocational instructors and of course with the other apprentices. Moreover, they went on a guided tour through the different departments at the site in Tübingen and on a joint visit of the production site in Dußlingen. The organisational structure, operational processes as well as relevant company agreements were explained to the new staff members.
Challenging tasks had to be additionally solved in various team projects which promoted the mutual knowledge because all participants had to contribute their individual strengths and skills.
This introductory week was completed by the youth and apprentice representatives of CHT R. Beitlich GmbH with a barbecue party where the new apprentices took the occasion to get to know the "old" apprentices in a relaxed atmosphere and to collect valuable tips for the apprenticeship.
Meanwhile, the new apprentices have worked in their first training departments and have become increasingly familiar with the day-to-day activities of their apprenticeship.
CHT R. Beitlich GmbH wishes the new apprentices a good start and a successful and interesting apprenticeship.
