Why have you decided to start your career at CHT Germany GmbH?
First of all, I was of course attracted by the list of tasks and the entrepreneurial success of CHT. Particularly interesting to me, however, was the complete application process and the individual talks with the corresponding heads of departments and finally with the Management.
This exchange was highly motivating and confidence-building. To me it reflected a value-orientated corporate culture, which mainly led to my decision to join this company.
What are the main tasks of your job?
I create a global sales structure and permanently develop furthermore a sustainable, value-orientated positioning of our products and the customer-orientated service competence.
I have to recognise new business developments by observing the market and exchanging in a trustful professional way with our regionally and globally acting business partners and local centres of excellence.
What do you like most about your job, what challenges you?
The exchange between regions, functions, locally and globally acting customers in a multicultural climate and in different industries is certainly an important "fun factor".
I am challenged by the disciplined, structured priorisation of key tasks in a dynamic industrial structure, in particular the consolidation effects with the simultaneous necessity to differenciate through innovation.
Why do you like working for CHT?
I am impressed by the way my colleagues take care of each other in their daily national and international business including the willingness to exchange and the communication between all business areas. We all benefit from our experience and from personal know-how which are unbelievable sources of energy and of course the base of a "work life balance".

CHT is certainly a successful company because all important decisions are characterised by the founder's legacy which is the central idea throughout all departments of CHT and which keeps everything together in a sustainable way.
What shall you bring along for working in your position?
The willingness to live values and the capacity to work out measurements and implement them by means of a proactive listening and empathy in the team which correspond with the company targets.
Not to forget the willingness to travel all over the world and fill your worldwide customers with enthusiasm with a just a few words in their language.
