In 2016, we initiated the NGL development program for potential leaders in order to ensure our success in the future.
Young, talented employees are trained in this three year international program. The annual workshops are accompanied by virtual learning modules, coaching and feedback as well as working and gaining international experience at CHT subsidiaries abroad.
The participants should build up know-how and get cultural insights that will help them throughout their future career. We emphasise on the participants’ personal and interpersonal skills, but of course also on needed competencies for achieving sustainable results.
