YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Actively executive sales talks and technical support with a focus in the field of electronic applications
  • Continuous expansion of existing customer relations and developing strategies implementing our international expansion strategy
  • Establishing new business areas based on corresponding market analyses and trends and defining new activities
  • Developing the business in your region, especially Eastern Europe and defined key accounts
  • Keeping close contact with technical services, supporting the application technique to establish development products as well as the after-sales field

THAT IS WHAT CHARACTERISES YOU:

  • Technical science education and year to year success in the technical sales and/or distribution, preferably for a chemical or electronic company in the field of encapsulation, potting, coating or technical adhesives
  • Autonomous, tactical and structured mindset in leveraging the target-oriented day-to-day business with partners of various cultures and backgrounds
  • Self-confident and reliable in presentation and negotiations
  • Gained experience in business development and the will to consider this to be your future challenge; great interpersonal skills have enabled you to successfully establish a profitable network and produce the corresponding results
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluency in certain languages (German, English, Polish or Czech) would be an advantage
