The lean structure of the BEZEMA fosters a maximum of dynamic and flexibility, and it also guarantees highest product and service quality for us and our customers in future by a consistent organisational orientation on the market.

Flat hierarchy keeps the BEZEMA flexible: The directors of the divisions and the heads of the Group Functions directly report to the management of the company. Decisions can be taken without delay and without burdening bureaucracy.  

The business activites are grouped in four business fields, Textile Care, Building and Performance Chemicals.
